Dada Market
1606 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles
Dada Market, a neighborhood hub for specialty goods from Los Angeles and beyond, drew me in instantly. There, I met the owner, Christine, marking the start of a journey too wonderful for words. Regular POPUPs by nijiri connect the market with the community, while the cafe and restaurant teams radiate warmth and love.
WINE + EGGS
3129 1/2 Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles
Opened in 2021 in Atwater Village, this cozy store offers natural wine, spirits, organic produce, and provisions—all fantastic. nijiri visited in 2022 and recently met the owners, Lesley and Jeremy, marking the start of a new story together.
BLACK BIRD
4541 Irving Street, San Francisco
Black Bird, a San Francisco bookstore and cafe, offers carefully curated books and delicious coffee. Their mission to reflect diverse experiences and build connections aligns perfectly with our vision for Japanese tea.
HIGHTIDE
787 S Alameda St #140, Los Angeles
Established in Fukuoka, Japan, in 1994, HIGHTIDE specializes in office supplies and stationery. In 2017, it brought its unique charm to Los Angeles with HIGHTIDE STORE DTLA. As nijiri's first POPUP location, it’s a beloved spot where LA locals can experience the essence of Japan—a place I truly adore.
Virgil Normal
4157 Normal Ave, Los Angeles
Virgil Normal is a menswear store at the corner of Virgil Ave and Normal Ave in Silverlake, inspired by street culture and loved by Nijiri. A popup was held in March 2023 as a hub for self-expression through clothing, skating, and Japanese tea.

Olive Wine and Liquor in Burbank is the sister store of Wine and Eggs, a favorite of nijiri. Offering a wide selection of wine, spirits, and beer, it caters to both connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike.
